Can I follow just one subreddit, tag or forum section?
No. You follow the whole site and focus with match terms and excluded terms: a monitor finds its match term wherever it's written, and a post with one of your excluded terms is left out.
What happens when I add a site you don't support yet?
It's added in Pending review. You can follow it straight away, and its status shows on your communities page. Results start if our team approves it.
How many communities can I follow?
As many as you like, on every plan. You can add up to 20 new sites a day.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews new sites, usually within a few business days.
